Getting older doesn’t mean slowing down.

 

At B’nai Brith House we recognize that health and well being are enhanced through ongoing activities.We truly believe in the involvement of body, mind and spirit in life to promote healthy living and to remain vital and active.   There are a variety of exercise and leisure programs creating  opportunities to have fun and be active every day.

In this active living community, residents consult the daily calendar and choose from stimulating programs and activities led by trained professionals.  The exercise program offers a variety of fitness activities and include: Yoga , Tai Chi, Zumba Gold ,Stretchercise as well as personalized exercise programs in our healthy aging center .

Water  color painting, lectures book reviews as well as weekly interactive  discussion groups on Politics, Religion  and Current events. Our Cultural program features, Opera review, music appreciation, Entertainment as well as Outings to theatre a nd musical events.
